My work began as a personal devotion — to understanding energy and to understanding healing as a whole. For my own freedom.
As I shared my story, I realized how many people were quietly carrying the belief that their pain defined them. I know intimately that it does not. The very things we think disqualify us are often what qualify us. Our pain is directly connected to who we are meant to be in this world.
What began as personal practice evolved naturally into professional facilitation — Spirit- Led, grounded in reverence, integration, cultural and ancestral honoring, and trauma-informed care. I consider myself a bridge — creating spaces where Spirit is welcomed back into healing in a way that is embodied, safe, and deeply human.
I hold space for individuals and communities to alchemize what they’ve carried, to remember who they are, and to walk confidently over the threshold into who they are becoming.
